HOW DO WE USE SCIENCE IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You might not believe it, but the moment we wake up in the morning, we start dealing with science. The alarm clock that we get up with is a product of science. So is the tea/coffee that we have, first thing on waking up. In our working lives also, we deal with science regularly. Take the activity of using a calculator. This involves science. Using a washing machine to wash clothes, also involves science. In short, all the gadgets that we use in our lives are a product of science. We would not be living the sophisticated lives that we live right now, if it would not have been for science.

  • Science makes communication possible
  • Science is used in medicine
  • Science helps us research the various forms of energy
  • Science is present in every machine we use
  • Kids playing in the playground involves science
  • Cooking involves science
  • CONCLUSION

  • Thus, we see the importance of science in our everyday lives. If it had not been for science, many facilities that we enjoy today would not have been there. Truly, science is important in everyday life.

                                                          Nature

When you hear the word nature, what do you think it is? Do you think it is important? I believe that nature is everything that was put on this earth whether it is the food we eat, the water we drink, or the wood we use to build our houses. Others may think nature is just the oceans and the forests, but no matter what you think nature is we all must take care of it because it was given to us. The early settlers didn't really think of nature as the source of life because the nature that they lived with was so vast and so untouched they never imagined that what they did to it would hurt it in any way. The Indians on the other hand, thought that everything in nature was of equal importance. From the Indians themselves, to the buffalo and the deer, to the grass they walk on, to the fish in the sea, all must live as one in order for the world to be peaceful.

                   Life

Life is beautiful but not always easy, it has problems, too, and the challenge lies in facing them with courage, letting the beauty of life act like a balm, which makes the pain bearable, during trying times, by providing hope
Happiness, sorrow, victory, defeat, day-night are the two sides of the me coin. Similarly life is full of moments of joy, pleasure, success and comfort punctuated by misery, defeat, failures and problems. There is no human being on Earth, strong, powerful, wise or rich, who has not experienced, struggle, suffering or failure. No doubt, life is beautiful and every moment – a celebration of being alive, but one should be always ready to face adversity and challenges. A person who has not encountered difficulties in life can never achieve success.

How Does the Internet Work?

How does the Internet work? Good question! The Internet's growth has become explosive and it seems impossible to escape the bombardment of www.com's seen constantly on television, heard on radio, and seen in magazines. Because the Internet has become such a large part of our lives, a good understanding is needed to use this new tool most effectively.
This whitepaper explains the underlying infrastructure and technologies that make the Internet work. It does not go into great depth, but covers enough of each area to give a basic understanding of the concepts involved. For any unanswered questions, a list of resources is provided at the end of the paper. Any comments, suggestions, questions, etc. are encouraged and may be directed to the author at rshuler@gobcg.com.

How to create a better school system

By interviewing people who used to be taught in the schooling system here in India, I found that the Indian education system is set out in such a way that children are constantly memorising dates, lessons, and various other pieces of text or information that they must regurgitate. There is no creative or innovative thinking involved. The fact that the Indian education system overvalues memorisation over innovation and originality is its biggest limitation. Memorising material simply isn’t going to teach children the skills they require to be successful.
